Wildlife Photo Contest
KRW is launching our inaugural Wildlife Photo Contest with the winner receiving a $500 voucher from SITKA for outdoor clothing and gear!
This is a fun contest to celebrate the wildlife of Routt County. The contest is a single category, open to amateurs and professionals alike. You don’t have to be a resident of Routt County, but the photos must be of wildlife in Routt County. Each person may enter up to three photos. Deadline is February 28, 2025.
RULES
To submit photos, please email keeprouttwild@gmail.com with the following information with each entry (up to three entries per person):
Write “Photo Contest” in Subject Line
Photographer’s name
Phone number
Email address
Title of the image for each photo (maximum of three photos per person)
Location of photo and date taken (photo must be taken within Routt County)
Attach each photo in JPEG or PNG format. No videos. Minimum 1000 pixels horizontal resolution. If using images from a smart phone, such as an iPhone, send full size image by selecting “Actual Size” in email.
Photo and Video Rights: By submitting photos to the contest, you are agreeing to allow Keep Routt Wild to use your photo with appropriate credits on promotional materials. This may include slide presentations at open houses, community events, social media, and website usage. Submitting also puts you on the list for receiving monthly KRW newsletters, which you can unsubscribe to at any time.
There is no fee to enter.
